Welcome to the Hazelwood Hall

Hazelwood Hall is a magnificent Victorian mansion set in 18.5 acres of mature woodland and gardens, on the edge of the village of Silverdale, Lancashire; a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty situated just 5 miles from junction 35 of the M6. A triumphant example of period style, The Hall is currently being converted by Pringle Homes into twenty-one individually created luxury 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, for use as second-homes. The new apartments have been designed in a blend of classic and contemporary styles and wherever possible the original period features of the building are to be retained or sensitively restored. In addition to The Hall undergoing impressive and extensive conversion, the grounds too are receiving much care and attention from Pringle Homes, who are now painstakingly renovating the gardens to their original 1920s Thomas Mawson design.
